My Active Directory credentials are disabled or have been revoked.


You are assigned an Active Directory (AD) account and credentials during the onboarding process.

If you are unable to use or log in to services you were previously granted access to with your AD credentials, they might have been disabled or revoked.


Crossover Support does not handle issues with Active Directory, DevFactory, or GSuite credentials, and cannot enable or them if they were revoked.

Please ask your manager to submit a request on your behalf on the ITOps Portal and request for your AD credentials to be enabled again.
