Crossover currently works with two payment platforms to send automatic payments:
You will be assigned to one of these platforms during the onboarding process, depending on your employment type, and you might wonder if you can request to be switched from one to the other, or to another payment method not mentioned above.
It's not possible to request to change your payment method for recurring payments. Note that the only two platforms Crossover works with are the ones mentioned above.
If you have issues with your assigned payment platform, and their support team is unresponsive, or the issue is taking too long to be resolved, you can contact Crossover support, including the support ticket number, or case number in your message, that way we can assist you by reaching out to them on our side.
