Request a correction or addition of missing information in a Verification Letter


After requesting a Verification Letter via Alan The Chatbot, you might find some details missing or incomplete, such as:

  • Starting/ending date of the assignment not correct.
  • Name not complete, or not correctly spelled.
  • Other incorrect information, such as last role, or pay rate.


  1. Log in to Crossover Support with the same account you used to request the Verification Letter.
  2. Create a Support Ticket, requesting the corrected Verification Letter, please specify the incorrect information in the generated document and its correct value.
  3. A Support Agent will verify the information and will send you the corrected Verification Letter.


After you receive the corrected Verification Letter, verify that the relevant content is no longer incorrect or missing, if there is still a problem, reach out to the Support Agent again.
