Overview
As a user with a valid account in the Crossover portal, you may require support assistance to have your email address updated if you are unable to follow the solution available at the Changing your Login Email Address article.
You won't be able to change your login email address if you don't have access to your Crossover account, usually because you don't have access to your email address and you can't proceed with the password reset.

As a general rule, we are not supposed to change any email IDs in SalesForce (for both Candidates & Contractors).

Prerequisites
- Must have an active account in Crossover.
Solution
Please create a new request for Crossover Support, including:
- Current email address
- New email address requested
- Last pay rate
- Last team room name
- Last direct manager name
