Overview
When a user clicks on the Crossover Worksmart icon on his computer desktop, the User Interface (UI) is not displayed although the application is running.
Please notice that the time is being logged, timecards are being generated but the user is unable to use the Start/Stop button or access application preferences. This can be easily resolved by using the WorkSmart icon in the TaskBar.
Prerequisites
- User tracking time with the latest WorkSmart Windows version
Solution
- Right-Click on WorkSmart icon in the TaskBar.
- Click Crossover.
Confirmation
The Worksmart UI is displayed, and the user is able to Start or Stop time logging.
