Overview

As a Team Room Owner with direct contractors under the team room that you own, while trying to access all team members settings using the Teams app you can't find all team members. This is working as expected because the Teams app only shows your direct contractors even if you are the team room owner. 

In order to access all settings for all team members, you will need to use the Team Settings app, which can be found in the Manager dashboard.

Prerequisites

• Team Room Owner with active contractors under the team.

Diagnosis

1. Choose Manage > Teams from your profile menu.
   
   
2. Open the Teams app:
   
   
3. Select the team that you own and you will be able to list only the team members that are reporting to you. For example, in this case, although there are 5 contractors working under the team, you can only see 2 contractors that are the ones reporting to you. The other 3 contractors have a different manager.
   
   
   
   
4. This is working as designed, in order to be able to apply settings to all team members you will need to use the Team Settings app.

Solution

1. Choose Manage > Teams from your profile menu.
   
   
   
   
2. Open the Team Settings app.
   
   
   
   
3. You will be able to list all 5 contractors working under the team and as team room owner:
   
   
   
   
4. You can also switch between All Managers and yourself by using the selector at the top of the page, as explained in the Manager Dashboard article.
