As a candidate or as a former contractor, you may require to remove all your personal data stored in Crossover Jobs Portal or in Crossover Site. You are entitled to request us to erase any personal data we hold about you under EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

You need to be aware that requiring to delete your account will prevent you from finishing a job application. 

Prerequisites

• Proof of identity, the request must be created using the same email address that was used to register with Crossover.

Solution

Please create a new request for Crossover Support, including:

• Full Name
• Email address
• Inform if you applied to a job position through Crossover Jobs Portal
• Confirm if you had a contract with Crossover in the past
