Overview

As a manager, you may require to retrieve information about one of your direct contractors' assignment history that may be useful to evaluate the overall performance, like Team Room, reporting manager and company. Company administrators or Compliance Team may also require additional information about legacy ICs, including pay rates, payment platform, and contactor's assignment status.

It's not possible for current managers or company administrators to retrieve internal contractor's data. You will need to contact Crossover Support in order to receive assignment information from one of your resources.

Prerequisites

• Manager/company administrator role required.

Solution

Please create a new request for Crossover Support, including:

• Email address of the contractor for who you require assignment information.
• Name of the contractor.
• Enumerate which details do you need to retrieve.
