Overview
As a candidate, you may require support during your application process using the Jobs portal. This includes any questions or issues with your application, login errors, technical application errors (Amazon Workspace environment, etc), bugs with the recruitment site and also inquiries about problems or failures with the exams, like basic fit assessment, Criteria Cognitive Aptitude Test (CCAT), Multiple Choice, or Free response.
Additionally, for any issues or questions related to scheduled interviews for your position or other account actions available on the Jobs portal, you will need to contact Application Support.

Please notice that all application support requests are handled by the Candidates Support Team, you will need to send an email to candidate.support@crossover.com.
Additionally, you can contact Candidates Support Team using the contact widget at the bottom right of the application page after you pass stage #3 of the application process, or by reaching out to your dedicated executive recruiter.
