Goals Analysis

Overview

Once goals are defined by Team Room owners using the Goals app, there is a special section that helps managers to discuss the team's productivity and performance. 

There are three different subsections that allow managers to include their weekly updates related to Activities information (Staff for Stars), Metrics values (Pound the Productivity), and Cost per Unit (Automate to Eliminate).

 

Prerequisites

  • Manager that is also a team room owner/Team watcher
  • Goal defined

 

Solution

  1. From the profile menu, go to Manage > Teams:

  2. Click on the Goals application icon:

  3. You will find all your defined goals and at the bottom, you will find the subsections used to discuss the team's productivity and performance:

  4. For each subsection, the Team Room owner can include a general update following these steps:
    1. Click on the box requesting to include the update:

    2. Write an update on the text box and click on Post update:

    3. The general update will be posted:

      Notice that the general update won't include the name of the Team Room owner.

  5. For each subsection, any Manager can include a Comment:
    1. Click on the Add a Comment button:

    2. Write a comment on the text box and click on Post Comment:

    3. The comment will be posted:

      Notice that the comment will include the manager's name, date and time.
