There is a new procedure while creating support tickets; if you send an email to you will receive the following answer:

Your ticket has not been created. 

We invite you to visit and check-out our available articles.
If you still cannot find the answers you are looking for, you can also use our Crossover chat option
where Alan is ready to assist you, or simply open a support ticket.
