Overview

Although contractors should have a clear understanding of the weekly metrics that they are expected to reach on an individual basis, these can differ from the overall team metrics set for the week. The following steps will help users in finding the weekly team metrics as set by their manager. 

Steps

1. Log in to the Crossover portal. 

2. Click on your avatar to the top-right of the screen and then go to You > My Team.

3. On the next screen, you'll see a line graph in the productivity box. Hover over the dashed line going through it to see the team metric target for the week.
