Pay Rate, Direct Onboarding and Weekly Hour Limit policy updates

Effective August 29th, 2018 the following changes come into effect as part of Crossover policies:

 

Pay Rate Updates

Managers belonging to external companies to ESW Capital, LLC may request any changes related to their contractors' pay rate with Crossover Support.

All and any pay rate changes within ESW capital are standardized to the particular job positions on the Crossover Marketplace and they will be applied when a contractor partner is hired through the appropriate role.

Pay rate upgrade requests for anyone under Andy Montgomery's or Jozsef Czapovics's organization are strictly disabled. This is allowed for other companies through explicit approval in writing by the company's CEO - please see selected proxy approvals below.

Pay rate downgrade requests for anyone under Andy Montgomery's or Jozsef Czapovics's organization can be actioned without approval but should be aligned to Crossover pay bands. Other companies can approve non-standard rates with sign-off from the company's CEO.

Direct Onboarding requests

Managers belonging to external companies to ESW Capital, LLC may request any direct onboardings with Crossover Support.

Requestors within the ESW Capital, LLC family of companies should fulfill any hiring requirements from the Crossover Marketplace, every candidate needs to go through the application process.

All direct onboarding requests within Andy Montgomery's or Jozsef Czapovics's organization are strictly disabled. This is allowed for other companies through explicit approval in writing by the company's CEO - please see selected proxy approvals below.

Weekly Hour Limit Updates

Managers belonging to external companies to ESW Capital, LLC may request any changes in their contractors' weekly hour limits with Crossover Support.

All weekly hour limit changes outside of the standard 40-hr weekly limit must be explicitly approved in writing by either a company CEO or the group COO - please see selected proxy approvals below. Any weekly hour limit standardization to a 40-hr weekly limit can be actioned by Crossover Support only with direct manager's approval.
