Unable to submit application after finishing the CCAT test


After answering all of the questions in the initial screening portion of the Crossover application and completing the CCAT test, users are unable to click on the Submit All button because it is greyed out. 

Root Cause

Because of the way the application form is set up, each question needs to have text in the answer box. The answer box of the "question" which prompts you to take the CCAT test on an external site has been left blank.



In order to use the Submit All button and turn in the application, users will need to enter text into the answer box of the CCAT "question." We advise users to put "CCAT already taken" or something along those lines.
