Termination and Offboarding FAQ for Partners

Overview

Once a partner assignment needs to be terminated, the termination/offboarding process will kick in and there are multiple frequent questions that you will have related to your resignation or if your contract will be ending in the next days.

Remember that you will be able to reapply to any other job opportunities based on your exit NPS score. You will find here more information on how to retrieve useful documents.

Prerequisites

  • Contractor with an assignment (active or inactive)

Solution

What is the step-by-step process of an assignment termination?

  1. The manager gives the partner a notice that their assignment will be terminated.
    • Managers are encouraged to give a partner two weeks of notice before terminating their contract.
    • The partner can also initiate termination of their contract by giving their manager two weeks of notice.
  2. The manager schedules the partner's assignment to end and provides feedback to Crossover on the partner's performance. The manager must also give a full explanation of why they are terminating the partner.
  3. The partner's assignment ends.

This may be a temporary relocation of your profile under another team.
