Overview

By default, the metrics section of the contractor's dashboard will only show productivity details for the last four weeks. Individual contractors, however, may want to review the current week metrics to get an idea of their progress towards the goal defined by their manager.

Please notice that depending on your team room and the way your manager has set up the metrics synchronization, the number for the current week may be shown as zero. 

Prerequisites

• Active contractor with metrics available for his team

Solution

1. Log in to your account on the Crossover portal.
2. Access your profile menu and select My Dashboard:
   
   
   
   
3. Click on the Metric tab to access your metrics:
   
   
   
   
4. By default, the checkbox for Show Current Week is not selected and the last 4 weeks values are displayed:
   
   
   
   
5. Click on the checkbox Show Current Week.
6. Metrics for the current week now should be displayed:
