Worksmart Not Able to Write Time Cards to Disk on MacOS

While using Crossover Worksmart on MacOS, you might receive the following error:

Worksmart is not able to write time card data to disk.

To provide Crossover Worksmart full disc access, follow the steps below:

  1. Open System Preferences.
  2. Navigate to Security & Privacy.

  3. Find Full Disk Access.

  4. Add Crossover to the list.

  5. Ensure that Crossover application is listed in Security & Privacy - Accessibility section.

  6. Restart Crossover application and start logging your working time.

In case, Full Disk Access is not visible, perform the below-listed steps:

  1. Click on Apple icon > System Preferences.

  2. Go to Security & Privacy.

  3. Click on a Privacy Tab.

  4. Click Full Disk Access section in the sidebar.

  5. Click the lock icon and enter your system password to unlock the panel settings.
