Overview
In this article, you will learn how to update your timezone within the WorkSmart web portal.
It's highly recommended for all contractors to always have the correct time zone configured.
Step-By-Step Guide
- Log in to the Crossover portal.
- Click on your avatar picture located in the upper right corner of the page.

Click on Settings.
- Make sure you are on the Account Info tab.

Click on Time zone and select your time zone.
- Click on save changes.

Confirm that the new Time zone was applied correctly by logging out of the Crossover portal and follow steps 1-4.
The new Time Zone should be displayed.
