In this article, you will learn how to update your timezone within the WorkSmart web portal.
It's highly recommended for all contractors to always have the correct time zone configured.
- Log in to the Crossover portal.
- Click on your avatar picture located in the upper right corner of the page.
- Click on Settings.
- Click on the Location Info tab.
- Click on Time zone and select your time zone.
- Click on save changes.
- Confirm that the new Time zone was applied correctly by logging out of the Crossover portal and follow steps 1-4.
The new Time Zone should be displayed.
