Overview

As a Manager with contractors reporting to you under a specific team or if you have watcher access to a team, you will be able to download a report designed to include team performance details.

The CSV file generated will report the team's metrics details in terms of cost, units produced, cost per unit and size based on granularity (week, month, or quarter) selected.

Prerequisites

• Manager role with direct contractors under the team or team watcher access.

Solution

1. Navigate to Manage > Reports.
   
   
   
   
2. Select Team Performance Report. 
   
   
   
   
3. Choose whether to generate the report for all teams or for a specific team. Also, select whether the data will be specified at the week, month, or quarter level.
   
   
   
4. Click Generate CSV. This will be followed by a confirmation message and an automated email with the report in CSV format.
   
   
   
   

Confirmation

You will receive an email from contact@crossover.com with Subject "Team Statistics Report" with this body:

Attached you will find a CSV file named 'Productivity-TeamName-Granularity.csv' if you choose a specific team or named 'Productivity-All_Teams-Week.csv' if you choose All Teams. For example, the CSV file attached will look like:
