Resolution
- Check your spam folder, it may have arrived there.
- If you still can't find any email from Paychex, please follow this link to sign up with Paychex using a different email address following the steps outlines on our article Paychex registration guidelines.
- If you still don't receive any confirmation email from Paychex after step 2 completion, contact Paychex support at 888-246-7500.
