Paychex confirmation email not received

Issue

The customer has not received the Paychex confirmation email, and they want to make sure that their payment account is ready to receive payments. 

Resolution

  1. Check your spam folder, it may have arrived there. 
  2. If you still can't find any email from Paychex, please follow this link to sign up with Paychex using a different email address following the steps outlines on our article Paychex registration guidelines
  3. If you still don't receive any confirmation email from Paychex after step 2 completion, contact Paychex support at 888-246-7500
