Can I have multiple interviews scheduled for the same position?

Of course, candidates can have multiple interviews because there are many companies and many hiring managers.

Can I receive then multiple offers as a result of the interview?

Yes, but you can only accept one offer (and the other offers, if present, will automatically be canceled).

What is the deadline for accepting an offer?

By default, there is no expiration date, but the candidate can contact the hiring manager who sent the offer in order to ask them about any deadline.

What happens if I am rejected after the interview? 

You will need to restart with the hiring process by applying for an available job.
