Overview

As a Team Room Owner, you can enable the screen capture feature used by WorkSmart or modify the frequency of screenshots taken for any contractor working under the team. The standard value is 1x, which represents 1 screenshot every 10 minutes, you can change it to 2x, 5x, and 10x. Also, there is an option to completely disable the screenshots taken by WorkSmart.

As a Manager, if you need to have the screenshots frequency updated, you will need to contact the Team Room owner.

Prerequisites

Team Room Owner with active contractors under the team.

Solution

Choose Manage > Teams from your profile menu.
Open the Team Settings app.
Scroll down to the Security section, where you can set individual parameters for each contractor:
Change Screenshots frequency for the contractor that you want to update. Available values are 1x, 2x, 5x, 10x and Disabled.
- For example, setting as 5x increases the frequency to capture five screenshots every 10 minutes.
Once changed, the values are automatically saved.
