Overview

Contractors receiving their payments through Payoneer may require to switch their method for receiving the money, from prepaid credit card to send the money directly to a bank account.

In order to resolve this request, the contractor will need to review Payoneer information on this topic and may need to contact a Payoneer representative 

Prerequisites

• Contractor with Payoneer as his payment platform.
• Access to Payoneer.

Solution

1. Login to Payoneer using your credentials.
2. Access the Automatic Withdrawal - General Information article and follow the steps on How do I withdraw my funds automatically from Payoneer? section.
