A direct manager, team room owner, or company admin can change the job title for a contractor using the Crossover portal. The job title (also called assignment title) is used only as a reference to the current contractor's position in a team room, changing this information will not cause any updates to the contract rate.
Please notice that if you need to have your job title updated to reflect your position, you will need to request it to your manager.
- The contractor's direct manager, team owner, or company administrator can change the job title
- In the Crossover portal, choose Manage > Teams from the menu.
- Open the Teams app.
- Click the Edit button by the contractor's job title.
- Enter the new assignment title in the text field and press the Enter key.
Follow steps 1-3 from the Solution section and confirm that the contractor has his Job Title updated now:
