Overview
Team Room Owners can delete their own Team Rooms for organizational purposes, this action can be performed only if there are no contractors assigned to them. Please notice that it's not possible to perform this action if there are active assignments under it and that this action cannot be undone.
If you are a manager that requires removing a Team Room, contact the owner, or create a request with Crossover Support and include required approval.
Prerequisites
- Must be the Team Room Owner
- Team Room must be empty
Solution
- Open the Teams app on the Crossover portal.
- Select the team.
- Click Settings.
- Scroll all the way down and click on Delete team.
- If it's not possible to remove the team, a notification will be displayed: "The team needs to be empty before it can be deleted.":
In addition to active contractors, you will need to check if there are any candidates pending onboarding assigned to the specific team room. Contact Crossover Support if you are unable to proceed. - The following message will be displayed if it's possible to delete the team:
- Click on Delete.
Confirmation
- Open the Teams app on the Crossover portal.

Confirm that the team deleted is no longer visible in the list of teams included in the Teams app:
