Overview

The Crossover Health Status Page provides information about ongoing outages or maintenance work that might affect Crossover availability. You can always check the information available on the status page and review the history of previous statuses, but you can also subscribe in order to receive these notifications in your email inbox.

Solution

1. Access the Crossover Health Status Page
2. You can confirm if there is any ongoing incident if the message next to the Crossover Website or Crossover Application shows another message other than "Operational".
   
   
   
   
3. You can also click on History to access all previous status updates:
   
   
   
   
4. If you want to subscribe to receive status updates, click on the Subscribe button in the homepage:
   
   
   
   1. Insert your email address and click on Subscribe:
      
      
   2. You will receive a confirmation message:
      
   3. You will receive an email with subject "Confirm your subscription to Crossover", click on the link in the email body to verify your address and confirm your subscription:
      
      
      
      
   4. You will be redirected to the status page and you will receive the confirmation that you are subscribed to status updates:
