Why are the address fields disabled on my Crossover Profile


When trying to update your Crossover address you may find that the fields are disabled and you are unable to enter your new address.



In order to change your Crossover address, you must complete the verification process:

  1. Log in to the Crossover portal
  2. Click on your avatar picture, on the upper right corner of the page.
  3. A floating menu will appear, click on the Settings button.2021-02-17_11-04-26.png
  4. Select the Residence and Entity tab at the top, and click the "Update Address" button to begin the process:
  5. Fill out the form with your updated address and provide an address verification document.
  6. Our team will review the document and your Crossover address will update automatically once verified.

If you have recently submitted a verification document and it is still being reviewed, you won't be able to click the "Update Address" button. If the button remains disabled, please contact the support team for further assistance
